What is the return policy?
We accept exchanges and refunds on a case-by-case basis.
If your item is found to be defective or damaged, kindly inform us within 7 days with details of the product defect. However, we will not be liable for any damage or loss caused by the shipping companies.
Returns will be reimbursed in Cak Cak Kuti Store Credit.
Digital products are non-exchangeable or returnable
Sale and markdown items are also non-returnable and non exchangeable.

What are the shipping options?
All orders will be delivered via tracked mail to ensure they reach you in good order. Mailing will be done via Singpost's registered mail, SmartPac, EasyParcel or other third-party courier services, depending on the nature of your parcels.
Shipping fees is a flat rate of S$4.00 only. Purchases of above S$100 entitles you to a FREE shipping.Back to top

When will I receive my order?
You will be notified via email with the tracking number once your order has been mailed out. Shipping usually take 3-5 days upon notification.
Tracking numbers are usually traceable once it is collected and processed by the courier. Do give it at least 24 hours for it to be processed on the courier's end. If your order was completed during weekend/public holidays, it will be traceable on the next working day.Back to top

What do I do if I received a defective order?
If your item is found to be defective, you may request for an exchange. Send us an email detailing of the defects and provide us with some pictures too. Exchanges and refunds are bound by our terms and conditions as stated above.Back to top
How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?
Drop us a quick email at email@example.com. If we've not dispatched your order yet, we will be able to adhere to your exchange requests.
However, if your order has been mailed out, you may arrange for an in-store exchange once you've received the item. Kindly contact us to make an appointment prior to the exchange.Back to top
